An Evening of Elegance: Inside the PIM Holiday Soirée
There are moments when everything slows down — when conversation flows effortlessly, candlelight softens the room, and community takes center stage. The PIM Holiday Soirée was one of those moments.
Hosted as an intimate, members-only sit-down dinner, the evening was designed to celebrate connection, reflection, and the close of a meaningful year for the Philly Influencer Mixer community. Set against a warm, candlelit backdrop, the soirée brought together creators, entrepreneurs, and tastemakers for a night rooted in intention and togetherness.
A Thoughtfully Curated Experience
Every detail of the evening was curated with care. From the rich jewel tones to personalized name cards and a refined tablescape, the atmosphere felt elevated yet welcoming — a space where guests could truly settle in and enjoy the moment.
The decision to host a seated dinner allowed for deeper conversation and meaningful connection, reinforcing what PIM has always stood for: creating spaces where relationships can grow naturally and authentically.
On the Menu
Steak 48 curated a menu that catered to any and all dietary restrictions. Appetizers served for the table: Chef’s Hanging Bacon, New England Lobster Rolls and Crispy Shrimp. The lobster rolls may have arguably been the best we’ve ever had. For salads: Chopped Napa and Steak Knife BLT Wedge. Entrees included 12 oz. N.Y. Strip Steak and Filet, Maryland Style Lump Crab Cakes, Branzino, Bone-In Pork Chops and vegetarian options were available as well. The sides were served for the table and for dessert a choice of Ultimate Warm Vanilla Caramel Cake or S’mores in a Jar.
Why the Fire Horse
Throughout the décor, guests may have noticed the presence of the Fire Horse — a symbolic nod to the upcoming Year of the Fire Horse in 2026. In the Chinese zodiac, the Fire Horse represents confidence, momentum, courage, and forward movement. It felt like the perfect symbol for this moment in time, both for PIM and for the community gathered in the room.
As we look ahead to the new year, the Fire Horse serves as a reminder to move boldly, trust our paths, and continue building with purpose.
Community at the Center
What truly made the evening special wasn’t just the setting — it was the people. Laughter echoed across the tables, stories were shared, and familiar faces reconnected while new relationships began to form. These moments of genuine connection are the heartbeat of Philly Influencer Mixer and the reason events like this exist.

The PIM Holiday Soirée was a beautiful reminder of the power of gathering with intention.
