PIMCON 2026 Recap: Where Philly's Creator Community Connected

Philly Influencer Mixer Conference 2026 Recap

Philly Influencer Mixer Conference 2026 Recap: Where Philadelphia’s Creator Community Connected, Collaborated & Celebrated

An unforgettable day of creativity, conversation, and community at Philly’s Creator Conference.

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, Philadelphia’s creative community came together at Vault XXVII for the second annual Philly Influencer Mixer Conference (PIMCON). Bringing together content creators, entrepreneurs, industry professionals, brands, and media personalities, PIMCON 2026 was a celebration of creativity, connection, and the opportunities that emerge when a community comes together with purpose.

From thought-provoking conversations on the Main Stage to interactive brand experiences, professional headshots, networking, and the debut of the Creator Spotlight Awards, the conference offered attendees an opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate the talent shaping Philadelphia’s creative landscape.

But beyond the programming and experiences, what made PIMCON 2026 special was the community itself.

Conversations That Matter

Throughout the day, PIMCON’s Main Stage featured dynamic conversations about the realities of building a brand, navigating the creator economy, and creating opportunities beyond social media.

The morning kicked off with opening remarks from PIM Founder and CEO Davida Janae, alongside co-host and Emmy-winning entertainment journalist Aunyea Lachelle, and a special welcome from Philadelphia Councilmember Isaiah Thomas.

The morning creator panel, “You Good? A Real Talk on Mental Health, Comparison & Creator Burnout,” brought together moderator Sabir M. Peele and panelists Kenny Screven, Kaitlin Brown, and LaToi Storr for an important discussion about the emotional and mental demands of being a creator.

The conversation created space for honesty about comparison, burnout, and the pressures that can accompany building a public-facing brand.

The Brand & Agency Panel, moderated by Jen Su, featured Kate Marlys-Rodgers of Philly PR Girl, Jabari Cherry of Visit Philadelphia, and Kevin Parker of Philly Fashion Week, offering valuable perspectives on the relationships between creators, brands, and agencies.

Attendees also heard from keynote speaker Priscilla Loomis, an Olympian, entrepreneur, media personality, and advocate, who brought her unique perspective on ambition, perseverance, and personal growth to the PIMCON stage.

The afternoon continued with a Creator Spotlight Conversation featuring Tynecia Wilson, followed by the panel “Reinventing Yourself to Build a Brand Beyond Social Media,” moderated by Josh Moore and featuring Alex and Mike Rubino-Nelson, Gloria Ross and Pop Pop Bruce Johnson.

Together, these conversations reinforced an important message: creators are more than their social media platforms, and their influence can extend into entrepreneurship, media, community leadership, and beyond.

Celebrating Philadelphia’s Creators: The Creator Spotlight Awards

PIMCON 2026 Recap: Where Philly's Creator Community Connected

One of the most exciting moments of the Philly Influencer Mixer Conference 2026 was the debut of the Creator Spotlight Awards presented by Performance Dodge of Woodbury, a surprise recognition celebrating individuals making meaningful contributions to Philadelphia’s creative community.

This year’s honorees included:

  • Fiona Golden
  • Cierra Williams
  • Ramil “Ramillionaire” Carr
  • Bianca Ezzio

Each honoree was recognized for their creativity, individuality, and contributions to the local creator landscape.

The awards represented something central to the Philly Influencer Mixer mission: creating opportunities to recognize and celebrate the people helping move Philadelphia’s creative community forward.

As the creator industry continues to evolve, PIM remains committed to making sure local talent receives the visibility, recognition, and opportunities it deserves.

Learning Beyond the Main Stage

While the Main Stage offered opportunities for inspiration and discussion, PIMCON’s breakout sessions gave attendees a chance to explore practical strategies for their own creative journeys.

Led by Ciara Strickland and Dymon Pendleton, the sessions explored monetization, consistency, and the work that goes into building a sustainable personal brand.

These smaller learning environments complemented the larger panel discussions, giving attendees additional opportunities to engage with topics relevant to their growth.

Whether attendees were just beginning their creator journeys or exploring their next chapter, PIMCON was designed to offer something for every stage.

More Than Panels: The PIMCON Experience

Beyond the stage, Vault XXVII was transformed into a space filled with opportunities for creativity, discovery, and connection.

Attendees explored the Vendor Marketplace, connected with local businesses, experienced interactive activations, and created content throughout the venue.

The Headshot Studio, supported by Triné Echelon Media House and Face On Makeup, offered attendees an opportunity to refresh their professional images, while the Creator Studio provided dedicated space for content creation.

Photo experiences, jewelry and charm activations, live illustrations, and other interactive offerings added to the energy of the day.

The PIMCON Passport encouraged attendees to explore the conference, engage with participating vendors, try new experiences, and introduce themselves to new people.

These experiences were intentionally designed to make networking feel more natural, interactive, and enjoyable.

Because at PIMCON, the connections made between sessions can be just as valuable as the lessons shared on stage.

The Real Impact: Connections That Continue Beyond PIMCON

Perhaps the most rewarding part of PIMCON 2026 wasn’t any single panel, speaker, or activation. It was seeing genuine connections being made throughout the conference.

Creators exchanged ideas, met potential collaborators, connected with brands, and discovered new opportunities.

For PIM Founder and CEO Davida Janae, those moments represented the purpose behind the conference.

“Seeing so many genuine connections happening throughout the day and hearing how much the conference impacted attendees was one of my proudest moments. This conference has always been about creating opportunities for our community, and seeing those connections happen in real time is what makes all the work worthwhile.”

— Davida Janae Lovelace, Founder & CEO, Philly Influencer Mixer

The impact of those connections doesn’t end when the conference doors close.

From new relationships to professional opportunities, PIMCON continues to demonstrate what can happen when creators have access to a community that supports their growth.

Made Possible by Our Community

An event of this scale is made possible through the collective support of organizations, businesses, creative professionals, and individuals who believe in the mission of Philly Influencer Mixer.

PIM extends its appreciation to the conference’s sponsors and partners, including the Office of Councilmember Isaiah Thomas, Philly Fashion Week, Philly PR Girl, Philadelphia Magazine, Philly Current Magazine, Dosage Magazine, Pennsylvania Creative Industries, Performance Dodge of Woodbury, Wawa, Printfresh, Tanger Outlets Lancaster, and the many additional businesses and community partners who contributed to the experience.

Special thanks to the speakers, moderators, vendors, production professionals, volunteers, and event team who helped bring PIMCON 2026 to life.

And to every attendee who showed up ready to learn, participate, support local businesses, and connect with fellow creatives: thank you for being part of this year’s conference.

Your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to engage are what make this community so special.

What’s Next for Philly Influencer Mixer?

Since its founding in 2019, Philly Influencer Mixer has continued to create spaces where creators, brands, and industry professionals can build meaningful relationships and access opportunities for growth.

PIMCON is an extension of that mission, bringing the community together for a larger shared experience focused on education, collaboration, and celebrating the creator economy.

As we reflect on PIMCON 2026, one thing is clear: Philadelphia’s creator community is filled with talent, ambition, and people who are eager to support one another.

And we’re excited to continue creating opportunities that bring this community together.
