For our first panelist reveal we have Ciara Strickland.  Ciara is a Navy veteran turned creative entrepreneur, content creator, and founder of The New Mixx™, a digital destination and community that champions genderless fashion and unapologetic individuality. As the CEO of CS Creatives, Ciara merges strategy and storytelling to produce scroll-stopping campaigns for lifestyle and CPG brands. She currently assists in influencer strategy at Later, working with major retailers like Walmart and Walgreens. From viral Reels to brand launches, Ciara’s work lives at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community — all while staying rooted in authenticity and impact.
