Wow. We are still floating on cloud 9 at the fact that the very first Philly Influencer Mixer Conference (PIMCON) has officially happened — and it was everything we dreamed of and more!

On Saturday, September 6th, creators, influencers, brands, agencies, and media gathered at Helium Comedy Club for a sold-out day of connection, learning, and inspiration. After five years of holding this vision close to the heart, seeing a room full of people come together for Philly’s first-ever creator-focused conference was beyond surreal.

The Morning: Check-In & Welcome

Guests started arriving at 9 AM, greeted with coffee, light bites, and the buzz of anticipation. Our vendor tables were set, tote bags filled with goodies, and the energy in the room felt electric.

When Davida stepped on stage for opening remarks, she shared how this conference has been a dream she’s carried since 2020. To kick things off, she had the honor of revealing a huge surprise: a special welcome video message from Governor Josh Shapiro! The excitement in the room set the tone for the day ahead.

Powerful Panels & Conversations

Our first panel, Inside the Brand Mindset, gave attendees the chance to hear directly from agencies and brand representatives on what they look for when partnering with creators. It was raw, informative, and packed with advice on how to stand out in a crowded digital space.

We were then inspired by our keynote speaker, Sabir Peele (Men’s Style Pro), who shared his journey and dropped gems on how to build longevity and authenticity in the creator economy.

Afterward, Davida joined Sabir for a Keynote Conversation and audience Q&A that left everyone scribbling notes and nodding in agreement.

Following lunch (thank you, Shake Shack, for keeping everyone fueled!), we dove into our interactive workshop: Empower Your Pitch with Gabbi Townsend, which gave attendees practical tools to refine their brand pitches.

The afternoon closed with our Creator Conversations Panel — featuring powerhouse Philly creators sharing their personal stories, challenges, and wins. It was uplifting, encouraging, and a reminder that we’re all navigating this space together.

The Finale Party at Stratus Rooftop Lounge

After a full day of learning and networking, we weren’t done yet. Everyone headed to Stratus Rooftop Lounge for our finale party — the perfect capstone to an unforgettable day.

Attendees enjoyed specialty cocktails from Woodford Reserve, Jack Daniels Honey, Herradura, Tito’s, and beer samples from My Local Brew Works. The skyline views, music, and energy made it the ultimate celebration of community and creativity.
